How We Source

If you have bought a cheap set before and half of it turned out to be dry, you have every reason to be sceptical of this one. So this page does the unglamorous thing: it tells you exactly where our stock comes from, why it takes around 15 days to reach you, and what we are prepared to be held to. Nothing here is a claim we cannot stand behind.
We buy direct from the manufacturer
COLOURIVO buys direct from the manufacturer. There is no wholesaler in the middle and no import agent adding a layer between us and the people who actually make the product. When you place an order, the order goes to the factory.
We do not hold stock in a United Kingdom warehouse. We never have. Every order is prepared by our manufacturing and fulfilment partner and sent from there directly to the address you enter at checkout. Depending on the product, that route may be outside the United Kingdom, including China.
The 15 days is the proof, not the problem
Delivery time is the thing people ask us about most, and it is the part of this business we are least inclined to hide.
A parcel that reaches you tomorrow morning came off a shelf somewhere near you. Ours does not. Your order is packed at the factory and then makes the journey — freight, border processing, then a UK courier to your door. That takes roughly a fortnight. It is not a delay, a backlog, or a problem with your order. It is what buying at the source actually looks like.
We will not give you a guaranteed date, because we do not control carriers or borders and we are not going to promise you something we cannot deliver. The estimate is around 15 days from order confirmation. You are emailed a tracking number when the parcel is dispatched. The full detail is on our Delivery page.
What is in the box
Every set contains the full number of items printed on the case. The counts on our product pages are taken from the manufacturer's own written specification — not counted off a photograph, not inferred from packaging artwork. Where we cannot verify something, we leave it out rather than guess at it.
Marker sets also carry our 30-day Full-Set Guarantee:
If your set arrives dry, cracked, leaking or short-count, contact COLOURIVO within 30 days of delivery with one clear photo. Eligible claims receive a free replacement; where more than five markers are affected, the full set is replaced. This is additional to your statutory rights.
No return is required for a guarantee claim. The guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cover everything we sell — see Returns & Refunds.
What we will not claim
We are not the only place you can buy these products, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer, and we claim no exclusive appointment, no licence and no sole-distributor status.
We are also not going to tell you that anyone else's stock is fake. We have no evidence of that, and we are not willing to build your trust on a claim we cannot prove.
What we will tell you is where our stock comes from, how long it takes, what is in the box, and what happens if it is wrong. Every one of those is something you can hold us to — and every one of them is written down, here or on the product page you came from.
Who you are actually dealing with
COLOURIVO is a trading name of RASMETAK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17375941. Your contract is with RASMETAK LTD. Your consumer rights, your support and any refund are our responsibility — not the manufacturer's and not the carrier's.
Email support@colourivo.co.uk with your order number and you are writing to COLOURIVO, the seller. Not a factory, not a marketplace form, not somebody who will point you further down the chain. Always contact us, never a factory or a carrier.
