Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, we will inform you and refund any sum paid.

4. Our products

Product images and colour swatches are provided for guidance. Screens vary, and the colour you see may differ slightly from the product supplied. Where a product is described in a colour count or range, that description reflects the specification supplied to us by our manufacturing partner.

5. Preparation and dispatch

Your order is prepared after it is placed. Preparation and dispatch timings are set out on our Delivery page.

6. Price and payment

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for losses arising from your use of the products for a commercial or business purpose.

All content on this website, including the COLOURIVO name, logo, imagery and copy, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
