Ordering
How does COLOURIVO work?
We do not hold stock in a United Kingdom warehouse. Your order is prepared by our manufacturing partner and sent directly to you, with tracking. Orders enter processing as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders enter processing as soon as payment is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that we can amend an order or stop it being dispatched. Email support@colourivo.co.uk with your order number as soon as you can and we will do what we can.
If it has already gone, that is not a problem. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days. See Returns & Refunds.
Can I combine products in a bundle?
Yes. Our bundles pair colour sets with books and creative essentials selected to work well together. Browse the Bundles collection.

Which set is right for me?
If you are new to alcohol markers, a core set gives you a full working spectrum without overwhelming you. If you already colour regularly and find yourself reaching for shades you don't have, a wider range will serve you better.
What surfaces can I use these on?
Alcohol markers are designed for paper. For canvas, wood, stone and glass, see our Acrylic Markers.
Will the ink bleed through my paper?
Alcohol ink will pass through standard paper. Marker paper and dedicated sketchbooks are designed to contain it — see Paper & Sketchbooks.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man, and we cannot deliver to any address outside the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost?
Tracked UK delivery £4.99 · Free on orders £49.99+. The £49.99 threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal, after any discount has been applied and before delivery is added, and the delivery charge applies once per order. Full details are on our Delivery page.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery: around 15 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. See Track Your Order.
Returns
What if something arrives damaged?
Email support@colourivo.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the item and its packaging, and we will put it right. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the cost of returning them. See Returns & Refunds.
Can I return an item I've changed my mind about?
Yes. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we voluntarily extend that to 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need our approval.
If you are returning something because you have changed your mind, you pay the direct cost of sending it back to us. Email us and we will send you the return instructions and the address to use — please do not send goods to our registered office. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
