Our Story
COLOURIVO is an online art-supplies store built around a simple idea: choosing colour should feel inspiring, not confusing.
A focused range
We are building the store deliberately, with a focused selection of colouring and drawing tools rather than filling it with products we cannot explain or support properly. Each product page is intended to state clearly what is included, how the product is used and what support applies after delivery.
How orders are fulfilled
We work with specialist manufacturing and fulfilment partners. Some orders are prepared and dispatched directly by a partner rather than from a United Kingdom warehouse. Where tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch.
COLOURIVO remains the seller responsible for your order, your statutory consumer rights and the support you receive. You should contact us—not a factory or carrier—if something goes wrong.
What we care about
- Clear product information without invented specifications or exaggerated claims.
- Transparent delivery prices and realistic delivery estimates.
- Practical help if an order is late, damaged, faulty or incomplete.
- A small range we can improve carefully as the store grows.
