Privacy Details

Version 1.0 · Effective 12 August 2026

This page supplements—and does not replace—COLOURIVO's automated Shopify Privacy Policy. The automated policy explains the categories of personal information, Shopify's role, recipients, international transfers and your rights. This page adds the business identity and lawful bases specific to COLOURIVO in the United Kingdom.

Data controller

The controller for COLOURIVO's processing is RASMETAK LTD, trading as COLOURIVO, registered in England and Wales under company number 17375941.

Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Privacy contact: support@colourivo.co.uk.

The registered office is for formal correspondence and is not a parcel-return facility. Full business information is in our Legal Notice.

Why we use personal information

Purpose Primary lawful basis
Taking payment, accepting and fulfilling an order, arranging delivery, providing tracking, handling cancellation, return, refund or guarantee requests. Steps requested before entering a contract and performance of the contract.
Answering product questions, providing customer support and handling complaints. Performance of the contract where related to an order; otherwise our legitimate interest in providing effective support and operating the store.
Preventing fraud, misuse and security incidents, and protecting customers, the store and payment processes. Our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, balanced against individual rights; and legal obligation where applicable.
Keeping accounting, tax, corporate and transaction records and responding to lawful requests. Compliance with legal obligations.
Improving store performance and understanding use of the website. Consent where required for non-essential cookies or tracking; otherwise a permitted legitimate interest after considering privacy impact.
Sending optional marketing messages. Consent or another basis specifically permitted by direct-marketing law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe method.

Who receives order information

We disclose only the information reasonably needed to providers that help operate the store, such as Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, IT and support providers, manufacturing or fulfilment partners, and delivery carriers.

Where a fulfilment partner prepares an order, the minimum necessary details may include the recipient name, delivery address, contact details, order contents and delivery instructions. Providers may use that information only for the authorised service or as otherwise permitted by law.

International processing

Some service, fulfilment or delivery providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. The automated Privacy Policy explains Shopify's international processing. For processing arranged directly by us, we assess the transfer route and use a safeguard or other lawful mechanism where required.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Transaction and accounting records are generally retained for the period required by applicable UK tax and company law. Support records are retained according to the nature of the request and any related legal claim. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is required by law.

Your choices and rights

The automated Privacy Policy explains rights that may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise a right, email support@colourivo.co.uk. We may request proportionate information to verify identity.

We have not appointed a data protection officer because our current processing does not require one. Privacy requests are handled through the address above.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or telephone 0303 123 1113. You do not have to complain to us first.

Changes

We update this page if our own processing purposes, lawful bases or business details materially change. Shopify may update the automated Privacy Policy when relevant store settings change.
