Canvas stretched over a square wooden frame, sold singly and ready to hang unframed. Mounts and frames are commonly made to this size, so a finished painting is straightforward to present later. Acrylic and oil both work on it, and there is room for a full scene rather than a single subject. Hung upright it reads as a figure; hung on its side it reads as a view.
