Cute & Groovy Colouring Book

About this product

Cute & Groovy is a bold and easy title built on nostalgic objects. The cover lays out an instant camera, a cassette tape, a ring-bound notebook, a balloon dog, patterned plasters and a flip phone, each drawn separately in thick outline on a pink ground.

The objects carry their own associations, so colour choices tend to come easily — you already have an idea of what a cassette or a disposable camera should look like, and departing from it is the fun part. Small details such as buttons, spools and rainbow motifs give you accents to pick out inside larger flat areas. Objects sit apart rather than in scenes, which makes for easy stopping points.
