Oval Wooden Palette — 30 × 23.7 cm

About this product

The 30 × 23.7 cm oval is the classic artist's palette shape — wide enough to lay out your colours and deep enough to mix them properly below.

This is the board most people picture when they think of a palette: useful across, generous down, and not so large that its weight decides when you stop for the evening. The surface is bare, unpainted wood and the grain shows through the face. Wipe it while the paint is still wet, or let acrylic dry and peel it off.

• Oval board, 30 × 23.7 cm, cut 3 mm thick.
• Nearly 4 cm deeper than the 30 × 20 cm board at the same width.
• Bare wood, unpainted and unprinted.
• Grain and tone vary from board to board.

If you want more room across without adding depth, the 35 × 23.7 cm oval is the same board 5 cm wider.
