24 × 30 cm gives you a broad, flat mixing surface that still sits beside a drawing board without taking over the table.

It is 4 cm wider than the 20 × 30 cm board at the same depth, which is the difference between laying out one row of colour and laying out two. The face is unbroken from edge to edge, so none of it goes to waste. Bare, unpainted wood with the grain showing through. Wipe it while the paint is still wet; acrylic left to dry can be peeled away.

The 20 × 30 cm board is the narrower version of the same shape; the 30 × 40 cm is the one to take if you mix in quantity.
